Historic Renovation of a former bank building into a high-end restaurant space. Effectus Group is working with From Scratch Hospitality to coordinate with Historic Commission, Near Southside, Inc Design Committee, and the City of Fort Worth to bring this showpiece to the Near Southside neighborhood.
