O.B. Mac

Built in the 1860s, O.B. Mac is among the most storied properties in Fort Worth and was once the oldest pasta factory in the U.S. The Effectus Group team painstakingly brought life back to this historic building while embellishing the character that was there from the start. The space is now home to several tenants, including local small businesses and a 10,000 sf wedding venue.
