Led a previously built design team through design modifications to reduce the number of requested variances, adding structured parking and office design modifications to get through entitlements; all while assisting the client in adjusting the master plan and design to optimize rentable square footage. Led a peer review process of the plans and RFP’s that produced 4 competitive bids with a total variance of 8%.
