Alex Hammerschlag has built a career of managing large-scale projects from the Richard Meier on Grand Army Plaza, to The Kimbell Art Museum Piano Pavilion, and Grace Farms by SANAA.
Working from the ground up, Alex oversees the selection of architects, engineers, and contractors while carefully crafting, managing and administering budgets and schedules to enable team members to work at their most effective and efficient.
A self-ascribed consensus builder, Alex differentiates himself by balancing clients’ visions, budgets, and operations and routinely resolving conflicts between plans and installation. His decade of experience includes multi-family residential, historic landmarked restoration, and legacy projects.
Alex holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Lehigh University and previously worked for the Paratus Group in New York City.
Garett Essl has managed over $25 million in Class A construction projects as a co-founder and partner at CG Northern Development, and successfully exited nearly $100 million of redeveloped commercial real estate opportunities.
With over 12 years of construction experience, Garett has gained expertise in bidding, constructability, phasing, value design, value engineering and people management. These skills are leveraged with his familiarity with the development process to assist our clients leave no stone unturned.
A graduate of Texas Christian University – MJ Neeley School of Business, Garett earned a B.A. in Entrepreneurial Managment and was President of the American Marketing Association from 2007-2009.
In 2012 he began a six-year engagement on the Board of Trustees for Ronald McDonald House Fort Worth, he has been an active member of the Fort Worth Stock Show Syndicate since 2014, and is a member of the West Texas Chapter of YPO.
